Pakistan and Sri Lanka will each other in the 3rd T20 of the Sri Lanka Tour of Pakistan and the match will be played in the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The Sri Lankans have surprised everyone and have already wrapped up the T20 series winning two matches and with Pakistan struggling they can whitewash Pakistan at their own home with a team that are without ten first team players!

The return of cricket in Pakistan has been a roller coaster ride! The Pakistanis expectedly wrapped up the ODI series and were favourites to win the T20 series which followed! That was not to be! The Sri Lankans have defied odds and have won the first two games of the series by large margins and have exposed weak areas in the Pakistani squad. This really comes as a surprise as the Sri Lankans are without ten first team players, but the ones who made the journey have done the impossible. The first game resulted in a huge 64 run victory. The Lankans made 165 and bowled Pakistan out for 101. In the second game, they batted first again and scored 182 and bowled Pakistan out for 147.
Pakistan have had woes of their own. Questions have been raised about their bowling to captain Sarfaraz Ahmed about why their bowling has been poor. Misbah-ul-haq has said that losing the matches to practically a Sri Lanka A team has been an eye opener for them! Pakistan have managed just one victory in their 6 T20 matches this year. Let’s see if they are bad as they are looking or the team has something within them!
